WHO WE ARE

Nestled in the midst of town, Seeds Italian Bistro is one of the businesses that sit on Main Street, Seeds Italian Bistro is a family and community gathering spot offering locally grown produce and ingredients to bring to you: Fresh made food that is made with love and intent. . We have an array of items that include, steaks, pasta dishes, seafood, and desserts. Classics took to the next level and inventive dishes and salads with house-made sauces and dressings that never fail to provide the “WOW” factor.

OUR HISTORY

As the owner/chef, Jay Mariner and his wife, MyRanda, have been serving their exceptional house-made offerings to old and new friends, they are opening their first restaurant to serve and share with Lebanon, Oregon. Old friends have come to expect Chef Jay’s highest quality, seasonal, and locally sourced produce, and all-natural meats with no steroids, hormones, or antibiotics—ever. We are excited to provide gluten-free options for pasta. All dishes can be created gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan!

You can expect a warm and casual, yet classy setting. Enjoy dining in, outdoor seating, or pick up.
